ROLL AND TOSS TECHIQUE BY SANDI

Come rain or come shine, the Avon Brochure will go out! : )

Buy a box of generic, flip over plastic baggies. (Only about $1.00 per 150 bags)

After rolling the brochure; not too tight though; and securing with a rubber band...(Staples has bags of 850 rubber bands for under $2.00!); place the rolled brochure into the baggie at a slant. Flip over the corner end near the top of the rolled brochure, then flap the pleated part over that. (Stretch a little and it'll secure better. They'll rip it open anyway. hehe)

Tuck the rest of the long part of the plastic into the flap part. You'll then end up with 2 triangles at the edges. Fold over the "flapped triangle" toward the singluar plastic triangle, and roll on toward the edge. Secure with a small piece of a pre cut label. They hold well. Anyway, this makes a tube like plastic covering for your brochure! It's heavier, throws and aims better and stays dry. (Only problem would be if a dog retrieved it and ran off with it! hehe)

I did over 100 of them in about an hour. Once you get the hang of it, it would probably take even less time. Also, I placed a "fortune cookie type" note in the center of each before plastic wrapping it with my picture in the middle of Lisa Wilbur's "Ask Me How To Look Younger" button; (Some people like to see what you look like before they call you, hehe); along with a short message.

I have some notes that you can include inside,: Canvass 1, Canvass 2.
