To get customers to increase their order size offer free product with $X amount of sales. I have started picking an item on sale for $2 or less out of each campaign and letting my customers know that on page X the get their choice free with a $20 order. I put this on my label, I also give a free gift with any order - this is of my choice. I give items that I can get for $1.50 or less and stock up on great buys like the care deeply lip balms they were $.59 each at Christmas I ordered a 100 to use this year and have enough for 2 campaigns and sales during the year. And do your call backs, call every customer at least every other campaign. My sales go up at least 25% when I'm done with my call backs, my customers are getting very good at calling me or emailing my orders to me.
To get new customers always ask your customers for names and numbers of people they think would like a brochure and give them a free gift for the referral (mini hand cream .99, lip balm, etc) or to share their brochure with a friend and get an order for a free gift. Ask your customers if they would take brochures to their work place and collect orders and payments for you and give them a small discount on their personal orders (10-20%). When canvassing the faster and cheaper way is to knock on those doors and ask people if they currently receive brochures (yes/no), if no give them one and get their name and number.
