I, __________________, agree that I am willing to be a helper to Independent AVON

Representative, (NAME). The agreement is as follows: I will be entitled to a 20%

discount on my personal order as long as I maintain at least $75 in outside orders

(orders other than my own) per campaign. I am also aware that I will receive a 10%

commission on all outside orders. This will be applied to my personal order and will be

given reguardless of outside order amount. NO CASH WILL BE GIVEN. I understand that

the duties of collecting orders, making deliveries and collecting money for any customer

who places an order though me, are my responsibility. I will submit all money collected

to (NAME) no later than every second Friday starting ________. I agree to collect

the money from my customers upon delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS! If a loss results due to

failure to abide by this rule, I understand that (NAME) will hold me responsible for

the amount in question.

I, (NAME), Independent AVON Representative, have agreed to supply the helper

with books and samples as needed. Additionally, I will sort and bag all orders upon

receipt, and will deliver the items to the helper quickly. I agreed to the discounts and

conditions mentioned above. This agreement can be changed or altered only with the

signature of both parties, however, I reserve the right to terminate the relationship at

any time.
